Some browsers may have security settings that prevent some users from loggin in. Here is a tip on how to fix that problem.

Go to your browsers security settings.
In IE it is under Tools/Internet Options.

Select the security Tab.

Clink on Trusted Sites. Here you will find a Button named Sites.

Click on it the sites button.
In the Add this Website to the Zone add ArtsyStuff.com and our production server BodyEvents.com to the following website names.

*.artsystuff.com
*.bodyevents.com
(make sure you uncheck the https check box near the bottom left)

Click add and close the window.

Your browser should now allow sessions which will allow you to log in to the Portal.
